Cancellation and refunds

Cancelling

• You can cancel a paid plan at any time, from billing in the web app or by emailing support@seturos.com.
• Your plan keeps working until the end of the period you have paid for, then moves to Free. You are not charged again.
• Moving to Free deletes nothing. Everything you carried is kept; Free’s limits apply to how far it reaches.
• Deleting your account cancels its plan at the same time.

Renewals

Monthly plans renew each month and annual plans each year, until you cancel. We email you before an annual plan renews, so a yearly charge is never a surprise.

Refunds

• Within 14 days, in full. If Seturos isn’t right for you, ask within 14 days of your first payment for a plan, or of an annual renewal, and we refund that payment in full. No questions. This is available once per account for each plan.
• Monthly payments after the first aren’t refunded. Cancel at any time to stop the next one.
• Annual plans after 14 days aren’t refunded for the unused months. The plan keeps working to the end of the year you paid for.
• Our mistakes, always. If you were charged twice, charged after cancelling, or charged the wrong price, we refund it whenever you tell us.

How to ask

Email support@seturos.com from the address on your account. Refunds go back to the card or payment method you paid with; most banks show them within 5 to 10 business days.

Team and Enterprise

The same rules apply to Team plans, for the whole payment. Enterprise contracts set their own terms.

Your rights under law

If the law where you live gives you more (for example, the 14-day right to cancel that consumers have in the EU and the UK), you get that too. Nothing in this policy reduces it.
